Every customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from receiving the product – without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal also applies to slightly used products, provided they show no signs of permanent wear and are complete.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must complete the return form and send it by e-mail or together with the returned product to the address:

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or confirmation of its shipment.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Product exchanges are possible for other items available in the store – contact us by e-mail or via the return form to arrange the details.
Both new and slightly used products are eligible for exchange (according to the return conditions).
Complaints regarding non-compliance of the goods with the contract, damage, defects, or other issues may be submitted using the complaint form, by e-mail, or in writing to the company’s address.
We process complaints within up to 14 days of receiving the notification.
If the complaint is deemed valid:
we will repair the product,
replace it with a new one,
or refund the purchase price – according to the customer’s request.
All shipping costs for complaints and returns are covered by the store.
Products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty (unless a different warranty period is specified on the product page).
